Set in the heart of Southern Georgian Bay along the stunning Niagara Escarpment, just 15 minutes south of Collingwood, this race takes place on exclusive private land. The trails are expertly built and maintained by Collingwood Off-Road Cycling; known locally as CORC. These trails and this event is made possible through the generous support of the landowners.
The Highlands Trail Cluster delivers tight, technical, high-energy riding that rewards focus and skill. Expect a mix of familiar terrain and fresh sections, including new features that ride differently at race speed. A full-face helmet along with knee and elbow protection is strongly recommended. Even if you’re comfortable riding similar trails without gear, the added intensity and unpredictability of race conditions make protection a smart call

OES TECH GUIDE CORCscrew Enduro - v713 (pdf)
DownloadEnduro races are composed of multiple timed stages (predominantly downhill) over the course of an adventurous ride. The premise is that it mimics a group ride - riding together with your friends to the stages and racing each other down a trail. Then regroup at the bottom and repeat! Also why not get a “guided tour” of our trails!
Racers will follow the mark trails to the beginning of each stage where timing will start. At the end of the stage the timing stops and riders work their way to the next stage, this is the “transition” and is not timed.
Riders must be self-sufficient, there is no designated tech zone along the course to repair any mechanicals or get outside support. Riders must also carry enough water and food to sustain themselves on course.
Riders assume all responsibility for themselves and comprehend the risks associated with racing mountain bikes.

The CORCscrew Enduro is part of the Ontario Enduro Series (OES) and is the 3rd round of the series.
